As the year draws to a quiet close, these three morning retreats offer time to pause, reflect, and realign.
Guided by the clarity and precision of B.K.S. Iyengar’s approach to yoga, we explore how symmetry in the body creates harmony in the mind.
Through steady practice and reflections from Patañjali’s Yoga Sūtras, each session becomes a step toward renewal — inviting stillness, balance, and a fresh perspective for the year ahead.
Day 1 — December 27: A Fresh Path – Laying the Ground for Renewal
Key Sūtra: Yogaḥ citta-vṛtti-nirodhaḥ (I.2) – Yoga is the stilling of the fluctuations of the mind.
A morning to clear space and begin again.
Through grounded, symmetrical āsana and breath awareness, we quiet the surface of the mind and steady the foundation for inner renewal.
