Together, we’ll embrace gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, and intention-setting to release the old and welcome 2025 with purpose, clarity, and an open heart.

About Paula Tapia

Paula Tapia, C-IAYT, E-RYT500, YACEP, is an international wellness professional, Yoga therapist, Yoga and Meditation teacher specializing in integrative health, self-care education and mindful lifestyle management. Paula has served as a provider of Yoga Therapy, Mindfulness and Research associate in the health care industry including leading Los Angeles/Beverly Hills medical centers like Attune Health, Cedars Sinai and UCLA Health Family Clinic. She is the former Associate Director of the Yoga and The Healings Sciences Teacher Training Program at Loyola Marymount University (LMU) and she is currently a lecturer in the Physical Education and Mind Body Department at the University of Southern California (USC). In addition, Paula is the Founder of Beyond Rest, a clinical-based Restorative Yoga Program designed for healthcare practitioners, mind-body professionals and those working in healing modalities. Paula presents annually at the International Yoga Festival in Rishikesh, India. She leads her global private practice and offers her programs worldwide in English and Spanish.
