Following the good responses of his first talk on Suffolk Villages, Peter Tatum returns to explore a number of different sites, looking at their background and any unusual tales associated with them. As an example, are you aware of the miser who died in 1798 leaving over two million pounds? Or, the village that lies in two counties, or the church used as a stable by Oliver Cromwell's men? Whether you are a native of Suffolk or not, I am sure you will learn many things that you were not aware of previously. All illustrated with many photographs, where possible taken by Peter himself. Refreshments will be served from 2:00pm and the talk will start at 2:30pm. For more information please contact Heen on [email protected] or 07761 202092
