Ever feel like you are attracting the same person, over and over?
That you’re having the same fights, over and over?

That’s our patterning, in action.
Its been doing its thing since childhood, and while we hold these neural pathways are dug deep - there’s liberation in awareness.
In this workshop, we’ll work w you to identify your patterns, and their origin.
From there, we’ll look at where they’re showing up in your dating life RN.
And from that place of awareness, you’ll work with the support of the group to identify small changes you can make immediately, to rewire.
You'll walk away feeling empowered with new tools, and in connection w a group of people who have your back.

over the course of 90 minutes we’ll shift between instructional / didactic learning – and putting the teachings into practice.
that will look like:
- landing in the room together
- getting into the theory: families of origin, adaptive responses, Freud + Jung;
- somatic practice: tuning into your body to create a map of awareness;
- paired + group work: low-stakes practice with real humans in real time
- reflection + share-out.
workshop time is 90 minutes, from 7 - 830p; you're welcome to arrive anytime after 630 to mingle in the space.

For nearly 20 years, Allie's work has focused on systems change. In her 30’s, Allie ran a digital marketing agency; media she produced or directed has been viewed more than 150 million times, and changed laws in 33 different states.
In 2021, Allie transitioned from building digital --> IRL movements, and began focusing exclusively at the intersection of modern dating x inner work x community. Her flagship offering, 'the feels', was launched in Aug 2022 and since then has hosted over 8000 singles in NYC, LA, SF, DC, Philly, Chicago + Miami.
On a weekly basis, Allie speaks 1:1 to an average of 5 singles on account of the feels matchmaking clients, further expanding + deepening her understanding of the modern dating landscape.
