About this Event
Arnold Mindell gained international recognition with his seminal book Dreambody, first published in 1982. It laid the foundation for what would become the broader paradigm now known as Process Work and Deep Democracy.
In Dreambody, Mindell explores the connection between night dreams and physical symptoms, showing that both share meaningful, psychoid patterns. These patterns mirror each other and are not merely disturbances to manage, but signals of an unfolding process—guiding us toward a deeper understanding of ourselves.
Our physical issues, emotional challenges, and even addictive tendencies can, paradoxically, reveal unexpected insights and hidden inner treasures.
"Filming and Learning Through Living" as a creative multi-agent event 😍
We are of course so thrilled that we can offer one more time a film seminar this year, in collaboration with Mamaki Film and Atelier Garden Berlin
In this event we explore together and demonstrate the skills and inner attitudes needed to unfold Dreambody processes as they appear in our everyday body experiences. We demonstrate how to reveal the deeper patterns behind these experiences—and discover the surprising wisdom they hold. Sharing them with each other and making them accessible to a wider public through filming is naturally also a Worldwork event, challenging the collective views of health, healing and wellness. At the end of everyday we have an hour where we facilitate (and film 🎥) a group process working together on these issues as they appeared during the day.
We also reflect on how these processes relate to Western medicine and how they offer fresh perspectives across diverse medical paradigms worldwide.
Together, we work, play, film and learn—capturing our experiences on film as we engage with individuals and groups new to Process Work.
We welcome individuals, Couples, small or extended care systems (from a parent/child pair up to six people)
Two interweaving tracks – a Filming Event Track and a Process Work Seminar Track
If you’d like to register for both tracks, please sign up for the seminar track and email us right away at that you are interested in co-creating a film with us.
In the Film Track, we demonstrate and film how we work, co-learn, and play with emerging Dreambody processes as they affect individuals, couples, family care systems, and teams—and how these processes relate to broader collective concepts of health. Some visitors will join us for a single day, in one-hour slots between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.
In the Seminar Track, we welcome up to 25 participants who register for the full four days. Each morning from 10–11 a.m., we teach skills and inner work practices for engaging with body experiences, including aging and processes related to dying. Each day ends with a one-hour group process, open to all visitors, where we explore how our personal experiences of health relate to collective ideas around gender, age, ethnicity, and more.
If you’d like to register for both tracks, please sign up for the Film Track and email us right away at .
Filming Event Track Details and Privacy
Any time between May 29, 10 am and June 1, 3 p.m.
Come learn with us as we explore the dreaming power and beauty within your current life challenge. You’ll receive a personal film highlighting your experience—something you can keep for yourself or share to inspire others in similar situations.
Sessions will be held in slow English, and if you’re more comfortable with a translator in your native language, we’ll work with you to make that possible.
We look forward to working, being, and playing with you as we unfold the deeper meaning behind your body experiences. Sessions will last 30–60 minutes, but there’s no strict time limit. If more time is needed, we’ll arrange a follow-up video or voice session. You are welcome to be your full self during this time.
Your Privacy
Your privacy will be fully respected in three ways:
1. You may pause or stop filming at any time (e.g., “I want to talk about my boss, can we stop filming this part?”).
2. You’ll receive a draft of your segment and have full control to request edits or removals—this is guaranteed.
3. If you’re not comfortable with the session overall, we’ll delete the recording entirely.
You will receive your segment as a personal copy, which you’re free to use however you like—whether privately, with family, or publicly on platforms like YouTube or Instagram.
Registration for the Film Track:
You may attend just your filming slot (in which case our film team will provide three hours of prep material), or stay for the full day—both options are free of charge.
We also offer a limited amount of small funds for full-ride scholarships to support travel and lodging for the 1-Day Film Track. Please apply at: [email protected].
