Get out of Survival Mode and Back to Business

If you’re building a business while healing from trauma, grief, or burnout, this night was created for you.

​​This isn’t therapy, or just another networking event; this is The Ladies’ Room: A private, trauma-informed community where women turn their pain into power and their ideas into income.

This is where Survivor Sisters meet Business Besties and where we build businesses that are safe, sustainable, and wildly successful.

You’re invited to our official launch party!

At this kickoff event, you will:

• Learn how survival mode is showing up in your life and business. Gain resources for getting out of survival mode, reducing your stress response and gaining clarity and focus.

• Regain control of your brain, body and business: Participate in experiential games and healing practices designed to help you break through the invisible barriers of trauma so that you can reach your goals.

• The Help Desk: Access our "no-shame" resource station. Write down what you need, personally or professionally, and we will do the hard part for you…( asking for help)

• Find Your "Business Besties": You will meet survivor sisters who have walked a mile in your stilettos and who will become your business besties - this is a group of women who get you, and who have got your back.

• Girl Dinner: This is an intimate after-party where we sit down and share a meal designed specifically to reduce stress and lower cortisol. We will dive deeper, share stories, answer your questions and decompress. This is the perfect ending to an evening of fun, friendship and facing our fear.

Who is this for:

This is for women of any age and any stage of entrepreneurship, whether you are just getting started or are a serial entrepreneur.

This is a safe space for women who have experienced all types of trauma, grief, or adversity and who are ready show the world who we really are!

Introverts welcome. Participation in activities is voluntary, but we would love to see you having fun!

Why we created The Ladies’ Room:

Entrepreneurship can be lonely, and so is survivorship. 2 out of 3 women have experienced trauma, and oftentimes these women aren’t starting a business to build an empire- they are just trying to build a life raft.

We know that entrepreneurship can be the path to emotional and financial freedom! So we created this community to help you heal from your past, challenge yourself to grow (and to make more money!)

In fact, research shows that women with a solid network of like-minded peers earn 2.5x more than those who go it alone.

Each month we host an in-person event to invite new members to join us. We want to help you heal trauma and build a more sustainable, successful, business.
