🍂Can you feel the change of seasons happening around us? Autumn is on its way!
Do you love being out in nature and enjoy the feeling of being in a beautiful woodland or landscape? These half day sessions are for you! For those of you who feel you would benefit from a deeper immersion in nature, this half day session in an ancient Purbeck woodland offers a multi sensory immersion in the forest at one of the most beautiful times of the year. Embracing the special qualities of Autumn, a multi sensory Shinrin Yoku experience will leave you feeling relaxed and nourished before we venture further into connecting with tree and landscape energies, where you can explore your individual interaction with what's around us. We'll create an Autumn mandala using foraged natural materials. A Shinrin-Yoku tea ceremony with seasonally foraged plants complements this beautiful morning.
