A Decade through Page and Place
Join Ruthanne Baxter as she takes us on a time-travelling road trip across Great Britain and Ireland in the Edwardian era.
As we ‘travel’ we’ll take in fiction, friendships, family and lesser-known fascinating facts about people and places, uniting these characters and communities through the decade that was 1900-1910.
In her ‘day job’, Ruthanne is the Civic Engagement Manager for the University of Edinburgh Heritage Collections, in her spare time Ruthanne enjoys supporting Gladden Village (an online heritage-based social prescribing project), playing the organ at Aberlady Parish Church, handwriting letters and reading.
