Co-founder of Indigo Yoga & Pilates, Kelly is a force of nature as both a Yoga and Pilates instructor. With a keen eye for individual needs, she offers thoughtful modifications and challenges while creating dynamic, engaging group classes. Kelly’s unique approach blends yoga asana with traditional Pilates repertoire, offering a rich, holistic practice. A seasoned leader of Yoga teacher trainings and a gifted musician, Kelly brings warmth, humor, and healing presence to every class. Her message to all is simple: always follow your heart.
Inez
An indigenous healer specializing in sound healing and holistic practices, Inez brings a deep wisdom and gentle guidance to the retreat. Through her healing sessions, participants experience profound relaxation, energetic balance, and connection to ancestral traditions that support wellbeing in mind, body, and spirit.
