Nhân dịp những ngày đầu năm mới 2026 và những ngày cuối năm âm lịch, Ban tổ chức ngày Tu Học Thiền Tập Chánh Niệm kính mời Đại Chúng về tham dự ngày tu Quán Niệm lúc 7:30 am - 5:00 pm Thứ Bảy ngày 31 tháng 01 năm 2026 với chủ đề "Tình Thương Còn Mãi."

On the occasion of the early days of the New Year 2026 and the closing days of the lunar year, we warmly invite you to join us A Day of Mindfulness Practice conducted in Vietnamese with English Translationon Saturday, January 31, 2026, from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm with the theme "Love May Change, Yet Compassion Remains."

To help avoid ticketing fees and ensure your entire Merit Donation is recieved, please kindly send your retreat donation through Zelle at: [email protected]

To help sustain this enriching event, we kindly suggest a contribution of $30 per person. This amount helps cover our minimum expenses for one participant, including food, materials, and other essentials.

• 7:30 am : Nhận Bảng Tên, Thông Qua Nội Quy Ngày Tu Học

• 8:00 am: Thiền Tập Chánh Niệm, Tụng Kinh

• 9:00 am: Thiền Hành, Những Bước Chân Tỉnh Thức

• 10:15 am: Pháp Thoại,Chủ đề: "Tình Thương Còn Mãi"

• 12:00 pm: Cơm Trưa Chánh Niệm

• 1:00 pm: Thiền Buông Thư

• 2:00 pm: Pháp Đàm

• 4:00 pm: Thiền Tập Chánh Niệm, Tụng Kinh

• 5:00 pm: Kết thúc.

• 8:00 am: Sitting Meditation and Chanting

• 9:00 am: Walking Meditation

• 10:15 am: Dharma Talk: "Love May Change, Yet Compassion Remains"

• 12:00 pm: Mindfulness Lunch

• 1:00 pm: Deep Relaxation

• 2:00 pm: Dharma Sharing

• 4:00 pm: Sitting Meditation and Chanting

• 5:00 pm: Closing.
