A Day of Mindfulness Practice

Thank you for your interest in A Day of Mindfulness Practice on Saturday, September 13, 2025, from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm at Vietnam Buddhist Center - Meditation Hall.

The Retreat will be led by Monastics from Plum Village, Magnolia Grove Monastery, Mississippi and Vietnam Buddhist Center.

This retreat will be conducted in English, we also provide Vietnamese translation.

• 7:30 : Check-in, Orientation

• 8:00 am: Sitting Meditation and Chanting

• 9:15 am: Walking Meditation

• 10:30 am: Dharma Talk "Compassion and Kindness Heal Our Wounds"

• 12:00 pm: Mindfulness Lunch

• 1:30 pm: Deep Relaxation

• 2:30 pm: Dharma Sharing

• 4:00 pm: Sitting Meditation and Chanting

• 5:00 pm: Closing.

To help sustain this enriching event, we kindly suggest a contribution of $30 per person. This amount helps cover our minimum expenses for one participant, including food, materials, and other essentials.

If you feel inspired and are able to give more, your generosity will enable us to offer support for families in financial need and help ensure our programs continue to thrive for future generations.

• 10:30 am: Pháp Thoại

• 12:00 pm: Cơm Trưa Chánh Niệm

• 1:30 pm: Thiền Buông Thư

• 2:30 pm: Pháp Đàm

• 4:00 pm: Thiền Tập Chánh Niệm, Tụng Kinh

• 5:00 pm: Kết thúc
