Step behind the counter and into our kitchen for this intimate hands-on participation class, limited to just six students. Part of our A Day in the Kitchen series, this workshop is perfect for those ready to deepen their culinary skills and explore the art of French pastry.
Under expert guidance, you’ll learn how to make buttery puff pastry and delicate croissant dough from scratch—rolling, folding, and layering to achieve that signature flakiness. Then, you’ll transform your dough into irresistible pastries, baking each to golden perfection.
