About this Event
A Date with a Doula - July 2026 - Every Saturday in July 11am - 1pm
You’ve seen the positive test.
Everything shifts.
And suddenly, everyone has advice.
But what you truly need isn’t noise.
It’s clarity.
It’s steadiness.
It’s someone who understands birth — and understands you.
This is that space.
I’m Stacey — a certified Birth & Postpartum Doula and mother — and I’ve designed this intimate 4-day, in-person experience to prepare you for birth and early motherhood with calm confidence and informed choice.
This is not a standard antenatal class.
This is preparation at a deeper level.
Why Learn with a Doula?
A doula is trained to support the physiology and psychology of birth.
We understand how hormones function.
How environment shapes outcomes.
How informed decisions protect your experience.
How continuous support changes the tone of labour.
Research consistently shows that steady, informed support is associated with shorter labours, fewer interventions, and more positive birth experiences.
Learning from a doula means understanding:
• How your body is designed to birth
• How to protect your environment and nervous system
• How to navigate choices confidently
• How to prepare for postpartum in a way that honours you — not just the baby
Whether or not you ever hire a doula for your birth, this knowledge changes how you enter it.
