About this Event
Enjoy a guided tasting experience, and learn information about hosting and get insights on selecting and preparing high-quality ingredients.
You’ll learn exactly what to look for when buying seafood—how to spot freshness, quality, and what truly separates the best from the rest.
The experience begins with our very own homemade shrimp cocktail, served as an appetizer and paired with a thoughtfully selected beverage.
From there, we dive into technique with a Japanese Hamachi. Watch as it’s filleted live, with a walkthrough of the best ways to prepare it both raw and cooked, followed by tastings that highlight each method. Along the way, we’ll break down how preparation impacts flavor, texture, and overall quality.
To round out the evening, Greenbrook Design will provide inspiration on creating functional, beautiful kitchens designed for hosting, cooking, and everyday living, bringing the techniques you learn into a space built to use them.
