Each month (December thru March) we will be crafting a delicious 4 course dinner pairing based on the specific country in Great Britain.
March is Ireland and the menu is as follows -
Course 1 - Enjoy a Social Grazing Table on arrival with a complimentary glass of Bubbly & meet the other guests.
Course 2 -Corned beef & cabbage boxty.
Course 3 -Dublin Coddle with cod & Irish Soda Bread.
Course 4 -Chocolate Stout cake with Irish Whisky Cream.
(Courses 2 - 4 paired with Seneca Lake Brewing Company Cask Ales)
