Creative Healing Circle

This workshop supports participants to let go of creative pressure, and reconnect with self-expression in a non-judgmental space through exploring different themes related to community connection, mindfulness, and self-care.

Includes:

• Guided visualization to embody theme for the day
• Intention setting of what participants hope to receive during the process
• Art making process – using medium of choice (painting, drawing, claymaking, collage-making, etc)
• Journaling our reflections, experiences, and thoughts of our creation
• Sharing each other’s artwork without analyzing, making comments, or judging. Not interpreting the art or adding a meaning, but instead being with the art
• You can read all, some, or none of your writing. You also do not have to share out if you are not called to, participants will witness your art.
• Debrief of the entire process or experience, including any questions or comments
