Through playful creative "workouts," thoughtful prompts, supportive guidance, and an atmosphere that honors both expression and rest, you’ll spend the day reconnecting with what makes your creativity feel alive.

We’ll gather in a bright, colorful space with cozy seating options, a nourishing lunch, and plenty of room to explore, experiment, and settle into your own rhythm.

Whether you’re returning to your practice or beginning anew, this day is an invitation to pause the noise, look inward, and make what's true to you!

PLEASE BRING:

*Your favorite creative tools! A notebook and pen is more than enough, but you’re welcome to bring a laptop, pastels, markers, watercolor, or anything that helps you create as you would at home

*Any comforts that help you feel at home: favorite snacks, a yoga mat, fidget toys, an emotional-support pillow, headphones for work time--whatever allows you to settle in and be yourself!
