As he begins his tenure, President Kavalhuna is prioritizing time with local business, nonprofit, and arts and culture leaders—because he believes the future of WMU must be shaped in partnership with the communities it serves.

President Kavalhuna is a proud WMU alumnus who understands the power of collaboration. He’s coming to listen: What are your needs? What are your ideas for how WMU can support regional talent, innovation, and cultural growth?
