Attendance & Security Information

By registering for this event, you acknowledge and agree that your name and other relevant information may be submitted to the appropriate federal authorities for screening purposes. This process is required to comply with government regulations and security protocols.

• Attendees must be a minimum of 12 years old.
• Guests will present a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver's license, passport, state ID, or military ID) at the door. Every ticket should be reserved in the attendee's legal name and must match the presented ID.
• Attendees will be screened via metal detector at the event.
• Once an attendee has passed the screening process they will not be able to re-enter the venue if they leave during the event.
• Please note that photography is permitted only during a designated one-minute window. You will be prompted when this time begins. Videography is strictly prohibited throughout the event.
• Follow all instructions provided by security personnel and event staff.
• Disruptive behavior, demonstrations, or failure to comply with security instructions may result in removal from the venue.

Tickets & Seating

• Each registration is limited to one ticket.
• A ticket is required for admission.
• Tickets are free but must be reserved in advance.
• Once we reach capacity, additional registrants will be placed on a waitlist.
• Tickets are non-transferable.
• Name changes are not permitted.
• The name on your ticket must exactly match your government-issued photo ID.
• There will be no standby line and no walk-up admissions.
• Lost, transferred, duplicated, or altered tickets may be denied entry.
• There is no assigned seating for this event.
• Guests without tickets may watch the event from Schaible Auditorium. A recording will be posted to the UAF Summer Sessions YouTube channel after the event.
