When Breath and Spirit meets magic happens. 🪄A Conscious Breath is a collaboration between Master Breathwork Practitioner and spiritual seeker Brad Levey and Psychic Medium and Reiki Master Stephanie Lee. 🙏
A Conscious Breath is a donation only community event (recommended donation $10) for all interested in breathwork, spirituality, connection and the beach.
Each week we will meet at Nobby’s beach and discuss things that are close to our heart before embarking on a breathwork journey run by Brad. The journey will be supported by Stephanie who will be guiding the energy of the session and providing collective and personal healing for those in need. Each session will be closed with a guided meditative journey designed to help you take charge of your week. 💪
After the session there will be time for a chat with some new friends, a deep philosophical discussion or maybe an invigorating swim to start your week.
