Guided by heartbeat rhythm, breath, and sacred presence, we create space to settle the nervous system, reconnect to the body, and remember the healing power of coming together.
All are welcome. No experience needed.
What to Expect:
A gently guided opening to settle the body and nervous system
Steady, grounding drum rhythms inspired by the heartbeat
Space for silence, breath, and integration. A supportive, non-performative circle — no pressure to “do it right”
Optional sharing
You’re encouraged to bring your own drum or rattle; a limited number of drums will be available
Come as you are. Rest, listen, drum, or simply be held in the rhythm.
