Our Keynote Speakers are:
Garth Mullins, producer, and author of the , and activist from Vancouver.
Corey Ranger, President of the , and a registered nurse with extensive experience in street outreach, community, and public health nursing from Victoria.
Local expert speakers panel.

All welcome at this free regional West Kootenay Boundary community learning event. Come learn with us about substance use, addiction, and the toxic drug crisis in BC. Collaborate with community members, municipal leaders, healthcare, frontline workers, and others advocating for more mental health and substance use supports. Understand more about misinformation and dispel myths. Local speakers panel. Elder support. Resource tables by local agencies and healthcare providers.
Your Hosts are the Nelson, Castlegar, Trail and Grand Forks Community Action Teams and ANKORS.
Door opens for check-in from 8:30 am to 9:30am.
Please arrive early to check in! Coffee, Tea and Muffins will be available.
Event starts at 9:30am and ends 4pm
All attendees must check in at the door and be pre-registered.
No tickets at the door.
