Your ticket includes the performance, a delicious meal with your choice of entrée, dessert, tax, and gratuity.

Transportation is not included. Each guest is responsible for transportation to and from the Fireside Theatre.

Entrée Choices

Chicken Parmesan

A boneless chicken breast coated with seasoned breadcrumbs and sautéed until golden brown. Served over fettuccine with the Fireside’s signature Italian tomato sauce and Brussels sprouts with Jones Cherrywood Smoked Canadian bacon.

Grilled Atlantic Salmon

A flame-grilled 6-ounce Atlantic salmon filet finished with homemade creamy dill sauce. Served with roasted butternut squash and Brussels sprouts with Jones Cherrywood Smoked Canadian bacon.

Sliced Roast Beef Tenderloin

Chef-carved medallions of roast beef tenderloin, seared and slowly cooked, then finished with a chef-made Béarnaise sauce. Served with roasted butternut squash and Brussels sprouts with Jones Cherrywood Smoked Canadian bacon.

Vegetarian Puff Pastry Pot Pie

Seasonal vegetables, fresh herbs, potatoes, onions, peas, and carrots cooked in homemade vegetable stock and baked inside a golden puff pastry. Served with a hearty vegetable reduction sauce.

Dessert

Black Forest Cake topped with made-from-scratch fresh whipped cream.

Coffee, tea, and milk are also included.
