Ade & Olu Sobanjo have been married for more than 20 years and are passionate about helping couples build marriages marked by love, connection, joy, and purpose.
Together they have navigated the real challenges that every marriage faces while raising a family, serving in ministry, building careers, and learning how to grow together through different seasons of life.
Ade is a pastor, marriage coach, and creator of the Love Workout Method. For more than two decades, he has helped couples move from conflict, frustration, and emotional distance toward greater peace, connection, intimacy, and partnership through practical biblical principles and proven relationship strategies.
Olu is a pastor, author, business coach, wife, and mother who is passionate about helping people flourish in every area of life. Her unique blend of spiritual wisdom, practical insight, and real-life experience brings warmth, balance, and encouragement to the couples she serves.
Together, Ade and Olu combine biblical wisdom, practical tools, personal experience, and genuine encouragement to help couples create marriages that thrive.
