A Chakra-Based Somatic Breathwork Ceremonywith D'Arcy Valverde

Journey through your chakras in a special guided Somatic Breathwork Ceremony.
Whether you’ve breathed in Ceremony before or are new to Somatic Breathwork, you’re welcome to
join.
What you can expect from our gathering:

- Setting safe space
- Guided gentle movement
- Grounding
- Overview of breathwork & the chakras
- Guided Somatic Breathwork Ceremony
- Short meditation followed by space to journal, draw, and/or share
- Returning & grounding
- Releasing & closing
D’Arcy Valverde of The Heart Space Center, and senior teacher at True North Yoga, will be facilitating
this session. Previous participants have shared amazing reviews about the detail, care, and love D’Arcy
puts into each of the ceremonies she leads.

D’Arcy Valverde is Founder of The Heart Space Center, a Trauma-Aware Certified Facilitator and Breath
Coach, a 500-hr Certified Yoga Teacher, with focus in Vinyasa, Trauma-Informed Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, and
Yoga Nidra, and she is currently studying with Somatic Experiencing International to receive her Somatic
Experiencing® Practitioner certification. Her practice with The Heart Space Center is focused on body-
based holistic wellness. She is passionate about working with individuals seeking deeper inner
connection, physical freedom, strength, and mobility, and a desire to shed cultural beliefs placed upon
them by society; finding freedom to be their most authentic Selves.

This is a reclined (laying on the ground) breathwork practice. Contraindications for this practice include:
high blood pressure (that is not treated with medication), diagnosis of bipolar, schizophrenia or any
history of psychiatric hospitalization, and epilepsy. Additionally, if you experience any cardiovascular
conditions or brain/neurological conditions, please consult with your doctor before committing to this
practice.
All participants will need to sign a breathwork waiver to participate. This will be emailed to your prior to the event.
