About this Event

Join us for a walk along the Celtic Wheel of the Year.

As the Wheel of the Year turns, each season carries its own energy, wisdom, and invitation. Rooted in Celtic traditions that honored the rhythms of the earth, this series explores how aligning with the natural flow of the seasons can support greater clarity, empowerment, and expansiveness in our lives.

Autumn is the season of celebration, rebalancing, and release.

With the passing of the Autumn Equinox, we step across a seasonal threshold. The long, abundant days of summer begin to soften, inviting us to slow our pace, take stock, and appreciate all that has grown—both around us and within us.

For the Celts, autumn was a time to celebrate the harvest and give thanks for the abundance of the earth while beginning preparations for the quieter months ahead. It was a season of gathering and gratitude, but also one of discernment: What should be preserved and carried forward? And what can now be released?

Nature offers us a beautiful example during Autumn. The trees are our teachers as they shed what is finished, conserving their resources and creating space for the next cycle of growth.

We can do the same.

Autumn invites us to celebrate our own harvest—the experiences, accomplishments, relationships, lessons, and moments of joy that have nourished us—while gently noticing what may be taking up energy without giving something meaningful in return. It is an opportunity to rebalance our lives, lighten our load, and make more room for what matters most.

Together, we will explore the grounding wisdom of autumn through seasonal practices, reflection, and connection—celebrating what has flourished, honoring what has run its course, and discovering what we are ready to carry forward into the season ahead.
