A celebration of sustainability: Summer Hill Salads at Gabriel House

On arrival you will be greeted with a welcome drink which can be enjoyed in our tranquil gardens lovingly tended by Barry our gardener who provides the foundation with his ecologically-tended harvest which Chef David then transforms into nourishing, flavour-forward dishes. Highlights include fresh seasonal salads, a BBQ featuring produce from a neighbourhood butcher & a selection of local cheese all this curated with wine pairings by Curious Wines.

Together Barry & David aim to foster a deeper connection between the community & sustainable food practises, demonstrating that wholesome meals can support both our health & the planet.
