Join us on Friday, May 22nd, 2026 for A Celebration of Courage, an unforgettable evening in support of The Denise House.

🌱 2026 Theme: Growth - honouring new beginnings, resilience, and the power of community to help courage take root and thrive.

This inspiring evening brings together community leaders, supporters, and advocates to stand alongside women and children rebuilding their lives after abuse. Through meaningful storytelling, awareness, and shared experience, we will reflect on how far we’ve come, and look ahead to the growth still to come.

While we witness the painful cycles of abuse that can persist across generations when violence goes unaddressed, we also see firsthand the extraordinary strength of women who leave The Denise House with renewed confidence, vital skills, and the supports needed to move forward with hope.

Each year, over 250 women and children find safety and support while living at The Denise House. An additional 700+ women and children receive counselling and assistance through our Outreach Programs. Still, the need continues to grow and with your support, we can ensure that those seeking safety are never turned away.
