The session will explore the NIPEC Career Pathway for Nurses in Nursing Homes, in addition the event will showcase the HCI Preceptorship Programme, the career journey of HCI colleagues and what good learning and development looks like. Each of these topics will be supplemented by NIPEC providing an overview of Regional frameworks and resources. We will also be joined by colleagues from the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
