Step into the healing sanctuary of sound. Enjoy an evening of peace, tranquility and harmony.
We will begin the journey in to deep relaxation with an energy cleanse followed by a guided meditation focusing on intentional breathing to release stress, tension and anxiety.
While laying comfortably in our zero gravity chairs, allow the soothing, healing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, koshi chimes and various instruments wash away your stress, align your chakras and restore balance to your mind, body, and spirit.
Emerge feeling refreshed, renewed and refocused.
Every guest will receive a positive intention/affirmation card to take home. Bottled water and dark chocolate will be provided after the sound bath.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. You are welcome to bring any items for comfort, such as blanket and/or eye pillow and any crystals for cleansing/charging.
