đź“Ł November production auditions! đź“ŁWe are excited to announce that our November production will be a witty comedy called "A bunch of amateurs" by Ian Hislop and Nick Newman. This laugh-out-loud play follows Jefferson Steele, a fading Hollywood action star who mistakenly travels to a sleepy Suffolk village to play King Lear, thinking it is the prestigious Stratford-upon-Avon. He is forced to work with a local amateur dramatic society trying to save their theater from developers, testing his ego against their passion.
'A bunch of amateurs' requires 4 females and 3 males. This is a smaller cast and so these auditions are vital to find our best local talent for these comedic roles. So, if you think you have funny bones and some great acting chops, all are welcome to audition - no previous experience required!
