Join host Phil Kollin of "Phil Talks Whiskey" for an interactive bourbon tasting experience, where you'll taste products that showcase the past, present, and future of the Kentucky bourbon world. Each bourbon was specifically selected to represent a chapter in the storied history of Kentucky's spirit.
Light appetizers and charcuterie will be provided with this tasting as an added element to the guest experience. You'll also take home a Kentucky Castle-branded Glencarin tasting glass to add to your home bar.

- Maker's Mark "The Keeper's Release" Wood Finishing Series
- Knob Creek 12 Year
- James E Pepper Decanter Barrel Proof
Each ticket includes four bourbon pours, light appetizers and charcuterie, and a Glencarin glass.

About Phil (Phil Talks Whiskey)
Phil Kollin loves nothing more than talking whiskey, sharing amazing stories, and showing people a good time. Over the years, he has hosted hundreds of groups on whiskey-themed events ranging from day-long treks down The Kentucky Bourbon Trail® to private tastings and educational seminars.
Phil has made it his mission to travel down every highway, byway, back road, and no-lane road in the Bluegrass state while picking up as many great tales along the way as possible.
Phil is both an Executive Bourbon Steward through the Stave & Thief Society and a Louisville Certified Tourism Ambassador. He prefers his bourbon on the rocks, and if you ask him what his favorite bourbon is, he’ll likely tell you it’s the one currently occupying his glass.
