Before the holiday rush, take a moment to reset. This conscious connected breathwork session helps you release stress, clear your mind, and reconnect with what matters most.

Through guided breath, music, and reflection, you’ll open space for calm, focus, and genuine appreciation. Leave grounded, centered, and ready to show up fully for the season ahead.

WHAT TO EXPECT

We’ll use a conscious, circular breath (about 90% in, 90% out) in a steady, rhythmic pattern over an extended period of time. We will also do a few breath retentions and other patterns to induce different effects.

Within minutes, your mind will settle and you’ll enter a trance-like state. As you commit to the breath, your body begins to release tension naturally—through shaking, movement, sound, or even tears. These responses are normal. Along the way, you may feel bursts of euphoria, deep calm, or a clear sense of energy and presence.

INTEGRATION SUPPORT IS INCLUDED

Every Surge Flow Breath breathwork journey includes integration support. After the session, you’ll receive tools, grounding guidance, and ongoing support—so you can carry it into your everyday life.
