Watch the top 25 female breakaway ropers in the world compete across three thrilling nights for their chance at a $1 million purse.
The Million Dollar Breakaway has revolutionized the rodeo world setting an exciting new standard for the sport. This isn't just a rodeo event; it’s about empowering women inspiring generations of young athletes and showcasing female competitors on a national stage.
Breakaway roping is a fast-paced rodeo event where a calf is released from a chute while the roper waits in position. As the calf exits the roper must quickly maneuver their horse to loop a rope around the calf’s neck. The run stops when a small rope tied to the saddle horn breaks. Precision speed and adrenaline define the event and with 10 intense go-rounds and life-changing payouts the Million Dollar Breakaway isn't just making history it's capturing mainstream attention and elevating women’s rodeo into the national spotlight.
