THIS IS A CHRISTMAS COMPETITION!
Steve, in his Christmas festive spirit is hosting THE single lift showdown at his fairy grotto known as Platform Gym. Not only will be have mince pies he will also have some extremely hungry and happy lifters all trying to get the best lifter award. We are, as well as a “powerlifting” federation, all about the single lifts and particularly equipped. We are the “home” of single lifting in the UK.
Here, at Platform Gym they have the spotters who will catch you regardless of whether you are raw or unlimited bench and pick you up on deadlift – so all you have to focus on is your lifting. Add to that a very supportive and fun atmosphere and you have one hell of a Christmas special event.
Come and break records, come and quaify for the European team for 2025, the A/BPU British Single Lifts Championships 2025, the only gateway to representing Great Britain at the World Championships and be part of the fun.

Entries will close to all our qualifiers as soon as we are full automatically.
Remember – you will need a current membership FOR THAT year you are competing AT WEIGH IN. Memberships take around 10 days to come through. No membership PDF – NO competing. You cannot buy it on the day of competition.
