Start time: 9am
Weigh in times: 24 Hour for both competition days 9am to 11am and 5-6pm. On the day weigh in for both days is 7-8am.
Athlete Limit – 40 per day. Entries will close as soon as all places are filled.
We love Dayle – Dayle Longford all time record holder and one of the best and most passionate promoters in the UK is running a meet for those trying to qualify for the British Championships, UK Powerlifting Games and A/WPC European Championships.
The gym is extensive with outstanding equipment and expert help. The gym is full of highly experienced lifters so if you are a novice lifter trying to hit your qualifying totals then this is the place to come. Plenty of parking, always food and coffee and a really supportive atmosphere. We also have some of the most experienced referees that usually officiate at this competition so all round, you are in very good hands if you are just starting on your powerlifting journey.

Please remember – entries will close to all our qualifiers as soon as we are full automatically. This is all explained on this page and also in your membership agreement.
Is your membership up to date? Remember – you need to produce your membership at weigh in, otherwise you cannot compete. Your membership is immediate and you recieve an autoconfirmation with your new membership number in the email and also as a PDF attachment. You MUST produce this at weigh in. You will need a 2025 membership at weigh in.
