There will be a benefit for The Putt’s during their fight against ovarian cancer. The benefit will be held on April 26th 2pm at the Olean American Legion 307 E State St, Olean, NY, 14760. There will be basket raffles, big ticket items, 50/50, food, DJ, live music provided by “Those Guys”, and so much more. Chicken BBQ meal pre-sale tickets for $15/meal, get yours before they sell out! There’s also an option to pre-order apparel by March 28th to help raise awareness for ovarian cancer, you can have it shipped directly to you or pick up at the benefit, see more at the following link. https://www.customink.com/fundraising/putt-ovarian-cancer-awarenessClaire was diagnosed with Stage 3 Ovarian Cancer in 2023. She has had two long years of vigorous treatment, medications, and surgeries. Recently, her medication stopped working and she became very ill and weak. This has caused extreme financial hardship with being unable to work, frequent hospitalizations, trips to Buffalo/Rochester for doctor’s appointments, on top of day-to-day financial expectations. Our hope through this benefit is to raise money for her and her husband to focus on battling and overcoming the cancer.
