Day 1: Introduction to Stillness and Spirit Connection
On this introductory day, you'll begin an enlightening journey into the essence of sitting in stillness. Sara and Nicola will guide you on how to naturally blend with spiritual vibration and strengthen your personal link to the divine realms that constantly surround us.
Through calming guided meditation and practical energy awareness exercises, you will learn how to connect with your guides, angels, loved ones and helpers in spirit. You’ll also gently awaken your intuitive senses, build confidence in subtle energy and the auric field, and strengthen your innate trust in spirit.
No previous experience in spiritual development is needed—just an open heart and willingness to explore.
Day 2: Deepening the Connection and Trust
The second day builds on your foundation, delving more deeply into spiritual communication and channeling. You'll be guided through practices designed to enhance your blending, strengthen your unique connection, and learn to interpret the symbols and messages that arise during your stillness.
Working together in a supportive group, you will gain confidence and validation as you develop your own spiritual language. This day is all about encouraging a deeper sense of self-trust and inner awareness, empowering both your life path and your intuitive growth—all while supporting a life-changing cause.
