Would you like a prom do over?

We got the answer for you.
This is our 9th Annual Night of Lights Adult Prom.
This year’s event will take place Valentines weekend, Saturday, February 13th, 2027 at the Oaks Event Hall & Lounge located at 11951 Highway 618, Conneaut Lake, PA 16316.
This is an adults only, Formal attire prom. Must be 21 years of age or older to attend.
COST / INCLUDE:
Ticket price is $60.00 per person.
- Prom Dance, Dinner & Desserts.
* This will be reserved seating. So, once you purchase your tickets, please let me know if there are individuals you would like to be seated with that have purchased their tickets separately.
* Seating arrangements will only be made once tickets have been purchased.

* Ticket link closes 2/7/2027 @ 11:59 P.M., No tickets will be available for purchase after that.
* Limited number of tickets will be sold.
DRESS CODE:
Dress code is formal. So, men must be in suit, tuxedo or dress pants & dress shirt, and women in gowns or cocktail dresses, or pants suit. NO BLUE JEANS.
WHAT’S TO BE EXPECTED:
SOCIAL HOUR:
5:00 P.M. - Doors will open, and we will have staff on hand to check you in. Prom tickets must be printed out, or have them pulled up on your phone. Upon check-in you will receive a wristband & table number.
We will have a table set up to purchase raffle basket tickets, and game of chance tickets. Both must be purchased with cash.
* Donating a basket for the raffle table, you will receive 5 raffle basket tickets. Please bring your baskets with you the date of the event & give to the staff at the raffle basket table to receive your 5 tickets. Please let us know prior so we can make sure we have enough table space for all the baskets.
* If you want to donate an item for the raffle table, but are unable to attend. You can still donate. You can still drop off the day of the event, or email me to make arrangements, or contact Theresa at The Oaks, and make arrangements to drop off prior to the event.
* Tickets for raffle baskets is $5 - Sheet of 10 tickets
* Tickets for game of chance is $1 - 1 Ticket / $5 - 5 Tickets / $10 - 15 Tickets
PERMENANT JEWELRY:
Erica Boncella of Calm Creations Permanent Jewelry will once again be with us. You will be able to create, and take your purchases with you on the spot, and can be purchased via cash or card. 20% of proceeds raised will be made to our fundraiser. BAR / DRINKS:
Water, Tea, Coffee, Soda is included with your ticket purchase. However, We will have a bartender on hand for those wanting to purchase alcohol. Can be done via cash / card. No outside drinks are allowed to be brought in. No drinks on the dance floor, as this is a slip hazard for dancers, along with damage to the floor.
DINNER:
6:00 - 7:00 - We will have a delicious dinner that will be consisting of.
- Chicken Asiago - Topped with garlic Parmesan sauce & bruschetta
- Spinach Stuffed Shells
- Italian Roasted Potatoes
-Prince Edward Vegatables Blend, a colorful combination of whole yellow and green beans & whole. Baby carrots
- Caesar Salad
-Garlic Bread
DESSERT:
This year you will have the honor once again enjoying gourmet cupcakes by Just Cupcakes by Laurie Lewis. You will also get to enjoy some delicious Valentine’s Day treats from our own Sandra Connor. So, make sure you save some room, as you do not want to miss these desserts.
LAST CALL / DRAWING:
7:00 - Last call to get tickets into bags for the raffle basket drawings.
7:15 - Tickets will be pulled & attached to baskets
- Announce winning number of Game of Chance. MUST BE PRESENT AT TIME NUMBER IS PULLED.
- You can start checking your numbers on the baskets. MUST SHOW WINNING NUMBER TO OUR STAFF TO CLAIM YOUR PRIZE.
7:30 - All baskets need to be claimed by this time so our volunteer staff can be free to enjoy the rest of the evening. Any unclaimed baskets will be donated to our next event.
OPEN DANCE:
7:15 - 11:00 - Open Dance, Get your request ready.
MUSIC / PHOTOS:
You are in for a real treat. Chris Gallagher of Gallagher D.J. Entertainment will be up front bringing the tunes, and taking request. We will also have a fun photo booth set up to capture those memories.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?
Cash - For purchase Game of Chance & Raffle Basket tickets
Cash / Card - For drink purchases & Permanent Jewelry purchases
There is an ATM if needed in the lounge. Keep in mind it is in a separate part of the building, so, you will need to exit the hall & walk around to the front part of the building to enter the lounge.
