9th Annual Howling Halloween Dog Walk and 5K
About this Event
We invite you, your family and your pups to our 9th Annual Howling Halloween! Enjoy food, music, costume contests, games, goody bags and prizes, prizes, prizes!! MC'd by Michael Kaufman of KBVA radio.
Our 5K run is timed, with awards for all age groups. Our dog walk is a mile of casual strolling with other dog lovers. The run will begin at 8:45 and the walk at 9:15.
Enjoy a free runners breakfast for each participant, along with a tee shirt and goody bag. Come prepared to compete for best costume (pup or people), best matching (pup and people), most original and most fun.
Social, easy going dogs only please.
Service Dogs of Distinction has been providing shelter/rescue dogs for veterans with PTSD, since 2015.
All proceeds go directly to our training program.
