FIRST COURSE
Field green tossed in a cherry vinaigrette and topped with chevre crumbles, toasted almonds, and banana chips.
Paired with That's My Jam - Berliner Weisse with fresh blackberry, tangerine, and pomegranate
SECOND COURSE
Potato leek soup served with fresh-baked hearty bread.
Paired with Old Line State, American-Style Pilsner made with 100% Maryland-grown ingredients.
THIRD COURSE
Seared chicken breast medallion napoleon served with risotto, sauteed greens. Topped with a Sherry sauce supreme.
Paired with Rock Hands, Hoppy Amber Ale, winner of a silver medal at the 2025 Maryland Craft Beer Competition.
FOURTH COURSE
Cinnamon cake layered with Chantelle cream and strawberry compote and covered with ganache.
Paired with Spewing Rainbows, Imperial Pastry Stout, brewed with hot chocolate, graham cracker, and marshmallow.
