9th Annual CRC Charity Golf Tournament

FORMAT: Captain’s Choice - Tournament will be played in Scramble with 4-person teams.

• Raffle for four free rounds of golf at the Highlands

• 4 Person Team: $500

• 4 Person Event Sponsorship Team: $400 (discounted price for teams who are event sponsors)

• Hole Sponsorship: $175

• Awards Dinner Sponsorship: $500 (includes logo on banner and hole sponsorship)

• Event Sponsorship: $1000 (includes hole sponsorship, logo on banner and $100 discount for 4 Person Team)

• CRC Partner: $5000 (includes entry fee for one 4-person team, hole sponsorship, logo on banner, corporate sponsor page on website, and extra hole signage)

• Additional donations always welcome
