Announcing the 9th Annual Chili Cook-Off and Tasting! Think you make a mean chili? Fancy yourself a chili critic? Join us at the Wallace Civic Center in Fitchburg on March 21st. We’ll be serving chili and talking roller derby from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
Contestants who enter the cookoff will compete for "Best Chili" bragging rights as well as cash prizes and tickets for BSB's 2026 season. In addition to delicious chili, we'll add to your plate with concessions from our bake sale.
Interested in submitting your chili? Purchase a contestant ticket or email us with any questions! Contestants will receive more information as the date of the cook-off approaches. We will cap off chili entries at 20. You can sign up to bring a chili until the day of the cook-off, as long as we have not reached 20 entries.
Chili entry fee: $20
Tasting fee: $10 for adults, free for children under 10
