INFORMATION BEFORE YOUR SESSION:Duration: 60 - 90 minutes (Session time will vary depending on the theme/journey.)

To get the most out of your session:- Ensure you don’t eat a heavy meal 1-2 hours before the session- Avoid caffeine 2-3 hours before the session- Bring a yoga mat and suitable clothing

This Journey with be followed by 1 hour Holographic Sound healing with Brittney Witt to assist the integration process.

• Slow or fast heart rate (resting rate over 100 BPM is considered high)

• Pregnancy or might be pregnant.

• Low or high blood pressure (140/90 is considered high)

• Severe mental health conditions or suffering from schizophrenia, psychosis, or paranoia, bipolar and/or an untreated or inadequately supported mental illness.

• Any other medical, psychiatric, or physical conditions that would impair or affect your ability to engage in activities involving intense physical and/or emotional release.

• Currently taking heavy-duty Medic*tion that alters brain chemistry (anti-depressant, anti-anxiety, anti-psychotic).

• Detached retina or glaucoma (a condition involving the optic nerve.

• Recent physical injuries, fractures and/or surgeries/or upcoming surgeries

• Osteoporosis (decreased bone density)

• Epileptic seizures/other seizures in the past

• History or diagnosis of aneurysms

• Cardiovascular problems

• History of seizures

• Severe Asthma

• Heart disease

• Heart conditions

• Diabetes
