The You Are Enough Journey is a deeply immersive 9D Breathwork experience designed to create space for something different — not self-improvement, but self-remembering.

Through guided breath patterns, immersive 9D soundscapes, and intentional subconscious language, this experience gently invites you to soften the belief that you must earn your worth.

This is not about fixing yourself.
It’s not about forcing confidence.
It’s not about emotional performance.

It’s about allowing your nervous system a moment to settle — so you can reconnect with what has always been true.

You are already enough.

• You’ll lie down comfortably on a mat or soft surface
• You’ll be guided through breathwork supported by immersive sound
• You’ll remain aware and in choice throughout the experience
• Each journey is unique — there is no “right” way to experience it

You may notice sensations, emotions, imagery, or simply deep rest. All experiences are welcome.

• Wear loose comfortable clothing.
• Bring water for hydration.
• A pillow if desired or any comfort items (special blanket, stuff animal, crystals, etc)
• We supply 9D HD Headphones for your journey

No prior breathwork experience is needed.

This is an active breathwork experience and may not be suitable for individuals who have certain medical conditions (who are pregnant, have epilepsy, severe cardiovascular conditions, recent surgeries, or serious mental health conditions) without medical approval.

Info: Please arrive 15 min early to settle into your space. We start promptly at 7:00 PM.

Info: We will be begin with a brief overview of 9D Breathwork and your pre-flight instructions. Then we will dive into the journey full on.

Info: Integration is an important part of the journey. This space is held for your body to process and embody the changes that have been created. This is not the time and the space to just jump up and run to the next. This is a space held for you to go slow and allow.
