"Grief & Loss" is a profound 77-minute 9D Breathwork expedition engineered to move stagnant emotional energy. This journey operates on the premise that grief is simply love with nowhere to go. By utilizing a sophisticated progression of breathing techniques—from slow down-regulation to high-intensity somatic activation—this session bypasses the analytical mind to access the "cellular memory" where sorrow is stored.

You will traverse the full spectrum of the grieving process: acknowledging numbness, honoring memories, and facing the "dark cloud" of pain head-on. The experience features a visceral Primal Scream to shatter the shackles of grief, followed by a symbolic Cord-Cutting Ceremony to release toxic attachments while preserving the love and lessons.
