Join me for an amazing Breathwork Journey: From Fury to Freedom: A Journey of Healing through RAGE!
This session is a powerful way to Let go of limiting beliefs,and fear based thinking . If you have an eye mask please bring it with you. Extra will be provided

This journey is designed to help people heal through the powerful catalytic transformative emotion of RAGE to move towards inner peace and the freedom of true accurate expression and communication.
Breath holds are integrated with intent to activate the body and connect with the sensations of the energy of anger and rage.
Powerful visualizations, NLP techniques, binaural beats, subliminal messages, affirmations are all part of this experience to create a safe and immersive experience for breathers to make peace with the wounded unexpressed parts of themselves, forging a path for inner peace and inner resolve.
Healing through rage will help develop more clarity for better articulation in communications, and self connection with self and others and transforming the power of these emotions to be able to connect with loved ones from a place of understanding and self compassion.

THE METHOD
YOU WILL BE Lying down in a serene space.
9D Breathwork Journey
I'll guide you to breathe in a circular pattern through the NOSE and MOUTH, coupled with visualization techniques. Harmonious music will accompany the session, with verbal guidance sprinkled in.
THIS JOURNEY MAY NOT SUIT EVERYONE
If you:
Avoid emotional and physical discomfort
Aren't receptive to fresh perspectives or doubt change
Hesitate to unwind completely
Refrain from deep self-connection
PREP FOR YOUR BREATHWORK JOURNEY
The entire session spans around 90-100 minutes, structured as:
Introduction (10-15 mins)
Deep Breathwork (60 mins)
Integration/Q&A (15 mins)
Binaural beats will guide our shared voyage. HEADPHONES WILL BE PROVIDED. Lean on me for encouragement and guidance. Breathwork can be transformative, but it demands commitment. Benefits? Mental peace, reduced stress, heightened self-love, clarity, and potential breakthroughs.

Fast for at least two hours pre-session.
If available, wear an eye mask.
Dedicate an hour post-journey for reflection
