9D Breathwork Journey- "The Relational Field"
About this Event
Who is it for?
This journey is for anyone standing at the crossroads of connection—whether you are deeply in love but feeling the "predictability" of time, or navigating a season of disconnection and "crunchiness" with your partner. It is for those who realize that the barriers to intimacy are often not in the other person, but within the walls they’ve built to stay safe.
If you struggle with withdrawing during conflict, lashing out to avoid pain, or "self-abandoning" by not speaking your truth, The Relational Field offers a sacred laboratory to dismantle these survival strategies. It is for the brave soul ready to take 100% responsibility for the "repair" and move from a state of protection to a state of profound, vulnerable connection.
Description:The Relational Field is an immersive somatic exploration into the heart of intimacy. It begins with a potent activation phase designed to "polish the mirror" of the self, using circular mouth breathing to bring buried survival responses—withdrawal, projection, and shutting down—into the light of awareness. This is a journey of "meeting yourself to meet another."
The experience then shifts into a deep, grounding "down-regulation" phase, utilizing the science of Co-Regulation. Through a vivid "Sunrise Beach" visualization, you will bridge the gap between you and your partner, seeing them through the lens of their inner child and dissolving old "dead weight" expectations. This journey isn't about "falling in love"—it's about the daily practice of choosing love, clearing the energetic blockages in the throat and heart, and leaning into the curiosity that keeps a relationship alive over a lifetime.
Common Outcomes:
- Somatic Awareness of Barriers: Identifying exactly where in your body you "bracing" against intimacy.
- Nervous System Regulation: Mastering the shift from "Fight/Flight" to the "Rest/Digest" state necessary for connection.
- Empowered Responsibility: Moving from blaming the partner to owning the ability to initiate repair.
- Dissolution of Projection: Seeing the partner as they are (growing and changing) rather than as a static set of expectations.
- Vocal Liberation: Releasing the "peace-keeping" habit of self-silencing in favor of honest, loving expression.
