Excited to be back in Regina at Such N Stuf for a 9D Somatic Breathwork & Soundbath Experience on February 27th 6-8pm. 

Enter the realm of personal growth and transformation through 9D breathwork journeys. An immersion in carefully crafted binaural beats designed to slow down your brain waves giving you access to your subconscious mind and activating the natural healing intelligence of your body. Engage with your breath as you listen to music tuned to 432hz the frequency of harmony and transformation and neural linguistic programming and guided coaching all designed to help you awaken your dormant inner potential to rewire your mind for success and guide you to profound change in your life’s unfolding story.

Followed by an integrative soundbath. Let the harmonious embrace of Alchemy Crystal Tones Singing bowls guide you into deep relaxation with a blend of solfeggio frequencies binaural beats and vocals.

For those who want to come on a 5 month journey with me and take part in all 5 sessions I am offering access to the 9D 30 Days of Transformation Breathwork online program which consists of 4 weeks of daily breathwork practice and meditation. All sesssions are 20-40 minutes and what’s beautiful about the program is the breathwork and meditation have separate recordings so if you are short on time you can do breathwork in the morning and meditation later in the day if time permits allowing you the ease of staying on track when you are busy. Each of the 4 weeks has its own theme:

- week 1: Stress & Anxiety

- week 2: Sharpening Focus & Concentration 

- week 3: Rewiring your Subconscious 

- week 4: Building Self Confidence & Taking Action 

It also contains a toolbox of 8 breathwork techniques to help build your connection with the breath.

This is a bonus at no extra cost that you will have access to from now until the end of June a thank you for investing in yourself and trusting me to guide you through.

If it happens that you can’t make a journey no problem you can send someone in your place or cancel within 48hrs for a credit to another journey or $77 credit for another other services I offer (retreats nutrition and training programs coaching private events and retreats)
