Join guest instructor Vanessa Forse for a specialized breathwork method called 9D Breathwork focused on self-healing and mental well-being.
What is 9D Breathwork?
9D Breathwork is a groundbreaking holistic method for self-treatment. This distinctive therapy integrates guided meditation and breathwork coaching with a multi-dimensional sound experience, combining binaural beats, isochronic brainwave tones, solfeggio frequencies, 432 Hz harmonic tuning, somatic breathwork, subliminal affirmations, and bioacoustic sound effects, creating a fully immersive experience.
By blending these various modalities into a single session, 9D Breathwork offers a holistic experience that supports and nurtures an individual’s physical, mental, and emotional dimensions, serving as a powerful tool for personal transformation and healing.
Breathwork may not be appropriate for everyone - particularly those with cardiovascular diseases, chronic respiratory issues, severe mental health conditions, epilepsy, glaucoma, or who are pregnant. Through gentle, down-regulating breathwork, guided coaching, and sound therapy, this journey helps you slow down the noise of the mind and reattune to the wisdom of your body. This session is ideal for anyone seeking clarity, nervous system balance, or a reset into mindful living. It blends subliminal affirmations, guided body scans, box breathing, and visualization to bring you into a state of relaxed presence and expanded awareness.
Vanessa Forse's Bio
Vanessa is a recent graduate of the 200hr Yoga Teacher Training at Awakened Yoga Studio, a 9D Breathwork Facilitator, and the founder of Embodied Spirit Breathwork. Vanessa holds a BS in Human Resources and is currently diving into the world of social work as an MSW student. She is passionate about blending holistic practices with heartfelt care to create meaningful change. When she's not guiding others through transformative experiences, you can find her at home with her husband and their 8 adorable fur-babies.
Vanessa hosts in-person and virtual breathwork events in private and group settings. "Your breath is a powerful tool to regulate your nervous system and release stored trauma in the body - learning to harness the power of your breath can change your life!"
